Night Calm ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.
Night Calm does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The App does not require account registration, and no data you enter is transmitted to our servers.
The App stores the following information locally on your device only. This information is never sent to our servers or any third party (except as described in Section 3).
RevenueCat, Inc.
The App uses the RevenueCat SDK to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes anonymous customer identifiers and purchase transaction information solely for the purpose of managing purchases.

Apple Inc. / Google LLC
In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment infrastructure. Payment information (such as credit card details) is managed by Apple or Google and is never accessed by us.
The App is rated for ages 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not include any features that request personal information input, and all data is stored only on the user's device.
All data stored by the App can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the App from your device.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that the App does not collect or process personal data as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted within the App or through other means we determine appropriate.
